Mary McCormack is an American actress known for her leading roles in the TV series 'Murder One', 'The West Wing In Plain Sight' as well as "Loaded". Mary McCormack is well-known for her role in the films 'Private Parts,' 'Deep Impact,' 'True Crime,' and 1408. McCormack comes from an unrelated family. Her parents are clinical psychotherapist and the owner of a local ice cream parlor. Following her parents' divorce in 1990, she was enrolled at Trinity College, Hartford, Connecticut where she graduated with a BA in Comparative Arts. In her early twenties when she began her stage career, it started when she performed in "Amahl The Night Visitor, and Amahl" which was a Christmas opera. At the theatre, the actress performed for years and her roles were eventually brought onto the screen. Her versatility is recognized in the present. Michael Morris (producer/director) is McCormack's husband. McCormack and Morris have three daughters.
